Friday Ends Well

Today is the exact day that the Philippines commemorates 40th years of the imposition of Martial Law. September 21, 1972, when President Ferdinand Marcos placed Philippines under Martial Law (Proclamation No. 1081). Martial law was declared to suppress increasing civil strife and the threat of communist takeover following a series of bombings and a government-staged assassination attempt.
I am not yet born that time, so I didn't experience what Martial Law is all about. I've heard and read a lot of stories, some are positive but most are negative, since it's been part of our history. But whatever happened in that 9 years long of being in the state of Martial Law, let's just leave it in to a history.

Oh! let's forget about Martial Law thingy.... today in the present, after my daughters class I brought my kids to a mall and treat them a Mister Donut. Too bad! :( I wasn't able to take photo's about the donut we bought.  A cute donut preferably good for the kids since it has different cute animal designs.
she want me to take her a photo while eating her cutee donut =)
And on our way home, we drop by to a bakery and bought some Magnum ice cream. They told me that they wanted try one =). It was everyone's craze before when it was first released in the market. But for me there's nothing extra special, it's just same as an ordinary ice cream. But of course, my kids said it is more yummier than the ordinary (of course kids are kids). Every new taste is always something special to them hehe :D

Have a great Friday Fellas! =)
