Most people especially girls skip eating their breakfast just to lose weight or save time. But did you know that skipping your meals especially breakfast is more likely to cause you weight gain. Most breakfast skippers will have a difficult controlling their weight. They tend to eat more than the usual amount of food at the next meal. Did you know that eating breakfast everyday helps your child perform better at school? And according to research, that kids who skip breakfast are tardy and absent from school more often and during the period of starvation can create a lot of physical, intellectual and behavioral problem. It's is important for us (especially mothers) to know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
